Christans like to get out of the problom of evil by arguing free will. It dose not work.

Omniscience vs free will
The existence of an omniscient bing would mean there is no free will. An omniscient bing would know everything, even what your going to do before you do it. That would mean you do not have free will, your actions have been predetermined or predestined. You couldn't do anything other than what it knows your going to do cause if you did, than it wouldn't be omniscient.
You can not have an omniscient god and free will.

One of the popular arguments concerning free will is "God doesn't want robots, thats why he doesn't stop people from doing thing he dose not like." But yet God has no problem with people impeding each others free will. Rapists, murders, thievs and others can go out and force there will on other, impeading and taking away there free will. The free will of the victomiser is more important than victoms to God aparantly.

Free will vs determinism.
Determinism is the philosophical idea that all things including thoughts are determined by preexisting conditions
It is easy to make a logical argument for determinism (your actions are determined by your personality and circumstances, you personality is determined by genetic personality traits and past experiences and you circumstances are determined by your past actions and the actions of others) but it is imposable to make a logical arugumint for free will that works. The logical argumint that comes closest to working is compatibilism and thats (in my opinion) a cop out.

Free ill vs the bible.
The God of the bible has no problem impeding the free will of people and even imposing his will on people. The God of the bible kills countless people and punishes (most of the time unjustly) many people. In fact if you read it looks more like Gods power is limited.
