Partiamo con "Pomeriggio 5", il nuovo contentitore di Canale 5 che sarà condotto da Claudio Brachino e Barbara D'Urso. I due conduttori assicurano che ci sarà una parte per la cronaca e l'altra per il gossip e lo spettacolo. Inviati per lo spettacolo saranno Paolo Brosio e Walter Preci, scippato a La Vita in diretta. Per il gossip, invece, ci sarà Alfonso Signorini.

Passiamo al calcio in tv. Infatti la Lega Calcio rifiuta le offerte di Rai e Mediaset, considerate ridicole,  per il calcio in chiaro. Ci saranno 8 minuti di immagini che i telegiornali, solo i telegiornali, potranno utilizzare.
Ciascuno farà il montaggio che più gli aggrada, naturalmente: 4 minuti per la serie B, 4 minuti per la serie A. Dopo le 20.30 per le partite pomeridiane, dopo la mezzanotte per le partite che cominciano alle 18 e alle 20.30. Scompariranno dai palinsesti televisivi, quindi, la Domenica Sportiva, Controcampo e Novantesimo minuto.

Dal calcio ai reality. Federica Pellegrini avrebbe rifiutato l'offerta formulata dalla produzione de "La Talpa" per vederla come concorrente nel reality di Italia 1. Intanto Gianni Sperti, vincitore de La Talpa 2, che doveva essere un opinionista non lo sarà più e tornerà a Uomini e donne. Il motivo? In game, when Sabrina walk, ubbs move up and down like "ubb-is-jelly". It is hypnotic. Try this, dear: Make Sabrina walk against invisible left wall in first screen. She just stay in position, she not go left, but legs move and ubbs still bounce! Spaniards love ubbs very much.

In game, she walk through city from airport, on her mission to beat population of Spain up, maybe they wronged in her in some way, maybe they said her ubbs were too small, maybe they did not like 1980 zone pop disco pisco commercial music. Maybe rapist prefers Dead Kennedy. Maybe old voman 1 (short, fat) like Metallica. Maybe old voman 2 (tall, thin, glasses) like early REMs. Maybe old man like The Merzbow. In any case, she attack them all, all of them, she cannot stop fighting, never. She have three attack -

ATTACK 1: Punch in face
ATTACK 2: Kick shin
ATTACK 3: Ubb flex/repel enemys

Attack 3 is best attack. She thrust chest out and ubbs actually send enemys fly across screen! It is excellent.

But game is not very good despite ubbs bounce and rapist repel. You only get one life, just one life! What is this tomfoolery? Oh, and look at this, mother: Too much sames. It is just same thing, again and again. It look good for Spectrum game, lots of background, lots of colourful. But it mediocre beats-em-up, also too hard, and... naked ubbs? Only one pair, in loading screen, too small. So no good for the wankers. And they sure do love to wank, Desmond!

Festiwal w Sopocie po raz pierwszy odbył się pod koniec 1961 roku. Jego pomysłodawcą był Władysław Szpilman - wybitny kompozytor i pianista, a także dyrektor muzyczny Polskiego Radia. W tym roku odbędzie się 45. edycja festiwalu. Po raz czwarty zorganizuje go TVN.

Samantha Fox zaczynała z kolei karierę jako modelka topless w brytyjskiej gazecie The Daily Sun. Dzięki zdobytej wówczas popularności, mogła podpisać kontrakt z wytwórnią muzyczną. Wokalistce udało się wypromować dwa utwory "Touch Me (I Want Your Body)" oraz "Do Ya, Do Ya (Wanna Please Me)".

TVN nie komentuje na razie oficjalnie obsady imprezy - Drugi dzień będzie utrzymany w rytmach lat 80-tych - przyznaje tylko w rozmowie z portalem Marek Kot, wicedyrektor festiwalu. Lista gwiazd Sopot Festival 2008 została już jednak zamknięta, stacja ma ją ogłosić w przyszłym tygodniu.

If we ever had our own little rock'n'roll swindle in Italy, this could be it.

In 1979, Jo Squillo (Giovanna Coletti) was the lead singer of Kandeggina gang, a riot grrrl teen band based in Santa Marta, the squat/art school in Milan (Demetrio Stratos was a teacher there) where some of the first local punk acts used to rehearse. She was provocative, scary, unpleasant, sexy. And she had a boyfriend, too: Gianni Muciaccia, possibly the closest thing to an italian Malcolm McLaren.

Kandeggina gang gained some fame thanks to their brutal anti-male attitude, and performances such as throwing red painted Tampax tampons to the audience during concerts. They eventually released the single "Sono cattiva" ("i'm bad") on Cramps in 1980. But Muciaccia had more ambitious plans for her girlfriend.

First, he founded the Partito Rock ("rock party"), which participated in the elections for Milan's town council with Jo Squillo as the leading candidate. Then, he created his own label, 20th Secret, distributed by Polydor, to release her first solo effort, Girl senza paura ("ragazza without fear"): basically a collection of three-chords tracks in the early Ramones fashion, with synth lines and sax intermissions here and there which remind of Métal Urbain, X-Ray Spex, or Bow Wow Wow, celebrating Jo's shrill, almost unbearable screaming. The music paired with the elementary, repetitive lyrics about (or should i say against) school, family, males, etc. Everything was put in the simplest possible way. The result was naive and rough, yet exciting.

Helped by the scandal about the song "Violentami" ("rape me") and the brilliant music video for "Skizzo skizzo" co-starred by the popular melodic singer Christian, Squillo and Muciaccia managed to create a female outrageous pop/punk sensation suitable for mass media and the music mainstream. The next step, indeed, was a u-turn towards new pop and eventually italo disco, with singles such as "Avventurieri" ("adventurers", 1983) and "I love muchacha" (1984). Unfortunately, the career of this former punk diva was not very successful until her 1991 first and last big hit: "Siamo donne" ("we are women"), a duet with pop pin-up Sabrina Salerno.

Jo Squillo is now a television presenter. She released her last album 2p LA-xy=(NOI) in 1994.
