Post Build Check & IVA
Back on 14th May when I submitted the application
for the IVA, I also contacted CC regarding the PBC procedure and about using CC

Doors
I lack the proper tool for fitting the press studs for the
door straps, so I fashioned a cup into the piece-of wood and used the leather punch… mais 430 palavras

Indicator Repeaters
So, with the cycle wings now safely fixed in position, it was time to complete the wiring to the indicator repeaters which sit on the outside front edge of the wing. mais 690 palavras
Steering Rack
This is the first job with has actually been as simple a it seems in the manual. However, there is one word of warning for the 420 builders. mais 877 palavras
Front Upper Wishbone
The upper front wishbone is a lot easier to identify, but as with the lower wishbone you can confirm you have the correct side from the packaging. mais 621 palavras
Chassis (Side Panel) IVA Trim
The first job on many builders’ lists is to attach the IVA trim to the chassis, because it’s easier with the front suspension removed. I decided this would also be my starting point. mais 409 palavras
