Since I was diagnosed with CPSTD about a year ago, I’ve never been able to properly do trauma-focused therapy for many reasons, mainly money. To get a proper therapist who knows about trauma here it would cost me quite a bit, and then I’d have to find someone who speaks English. mais 429 palavras
